TANKER ELEMENTS FOR DESIGN

The next stage is to isolate design elements from the tankers. From those elements, I can work on repeat patterns and shape ideas.

Here are a few design elements I have chosen.

'GENESIS' - one of WHALE'S first tankers.

Whale Tankers recently bought back one of the first tankers they made called 'Genesis' which is being totally renovated and is painted a luminescent blue/pink, almost like a piece of fashion silk. Genesis will be used to promote the company and displayed at shows. It is smaller than current tankers because at that time, the tooling was not available to make the larger ones. It is still on the original Ford Chassis.
